I'm Kelly,

founder of Core Seven—a leadership approach built from inside the game, shaped by years of lived experience in the hockey world.

As a billet mom and coordinator in junior hockey, I spent over a decade listening behind the scenes—at the kitchen table, at the rink, and in quiet conversations others didn’t hear. I became the person players and coaches trusted when the pressure was too much, when communication broke down, and when no one else seemed to get it.

That’s where I saw the real challenge:
